I would like to look at the commonly faced issues with process automation using below application and files using Automation Anywhere.
I am pretty sure there are multiple API interfaces to Office 365, Microsoft word and MS SCCM to make easy and robust integration but I want to look at the issues which might arise later.
So, we are SAP heavy organization. Also, Office 365 is something that we have with us.
All our employees are authenticated using Azure AD. Automation Anywhere (Cloud-based) is what we are using as our RPA tool. Until now, we have not faced any major issues with RPA deployments across the above landscape.
