What are pros and cons of Fortinet FortiProxy vs Cisco Umbrella?

Hi, We are studying the differences between Cisco Umbrella and Fortinet Fortiproxy (I'm working for a company with 1000+ employees).

I have a lot of opinions about Cisco Umbrella but about FortiProxy I don't have any.
