In regards to tier level, my thoughts were that different tiers correspond to different needs. An enterprise which can have its needs met in a Tier 3 facility, is it not unnecessary expenditure to spend significantly more for a Tier 4 facility?

Hi, I believe you should focus in; 1) Tier Level of the Datacenter (the highest the better), 2) Physical location of the datacenter (region with no natural events like tornados, earthquakes, hurricanes), 3) As potential customer, you must verify on site, the data center facilities and validate the security controls.
