What do you like most about VxRail?

Compared with other products, the IT administrator or IT integrator doesn't take much time to get the tool up and running.

VxRail's integration with VMware environments is very good. Our VxRail is built on VMware, and the integration is seamless. We haven't faced any challenges. We can migrate VMs between servers in real-time and replicate them to our DR site without any problems.

It supports VDI deployment, enabling easy use for running different platforms in similar environments.

The low latency and response times and having a virtualized environment within a single computer are valuable. I have no physical elements, and I can optimize or balance my data depending on the sales volume that I have in a specific store.

Homogeneity is most valuable. The truth is that having everything in a single cluster helps a lot.

It is very powerful. We find that to be the most valuable aspect. The movement of devices between nodes is very easy.

The most valuable feature is that it is VMware-embedded. VxRail HCI is on VMware, and we can use VMware vCenter and vSphere. Our infrastructure consists of servers and VMware, and by using VxRail, our experience and familiarity have not changed because VxRail HCI is on VMware.

I have found the vSAN is highly flexible. The documentation is good and the interface of the solution is responsive and fast. The interface has everything you need to manage the solution, such as the VxRail and VMware integration. You can manage the hardware from within the VMware plasma pan.

This is a good solution if you want to deploy an ACI Environment but don't have all the necessary resources.

First and foremost, I would advise people to purchase this solution mainly for the simplicity of the system. And it's all managed in one place, which is nice compared to Nutanix where you had to administrate multiple places. And, the support now is so good.

VxRail is an agile solution with easily scalable, simplify operations with software driven automation and lower operational cost.

The initial setup is simple.

You don't need to think about compatibility of components.

The most valuable feature for me in this latest release has been the ability to add a compute or storage node. In the previous release, if I wanted to add only the compute mode, I need to buy a full node, including both compute and storage. That is no longer the case; I can upgrade whatever I want one based on my demand.

VxRail can manage the whole cluster at the same time, so it's easy to expand. VxRail has more features vSAN ReadyNodes that make it easier to implement from scratch.

Depending on your architecture type, it's simple to manage and implement VxRail compared to other solutions. That's why most of our customers use it.

VxRail is easy to deploy and easy to scale up.

VxRail has high performance and has great efficiency. There is a single place for us to manage all of our virtual machines. The ability to right-size instead of overcommit VMs is a large benefit.

product line. Hyper-converged appliances allow a datacenter in a box approach, with G, E P, Vand P series.

Dell owns the EMC, EMC owns VMware, and there are many other interconnections throughout the industry which allows a fully integrated solution from a technical perspective.

This solution optimizes our clients' resources.

VxRail has improved out organization because we are trying to be a little more proactive and elastic. We are trying to change our conventional approach to development.

The support has been excellent, especially if you compare it to IBM.

VxRail does not require fiber switches or external storage. It's easy to replace and manage. It's centralized management through VxRail Manager.

We enjoy the ease of management since all of the resources are located on one box — one single point of support.

One beneficial feature is that the solution can handle complex environments.

The stability is very nice. We haven't had any issues with the cluster. The cluster is very stable. No problems with slowness. Everything has been stable. It was well-architectured.

The feature that I have found most valuable with VxRail is its upgrade. Because if you talk about the normal ESX process you have to upgrade the firmware, the bios, and you have to manage the compatibility. You have to do a lot of things. But in the case of VxRail, it's a single upgrade, end to end. You simply upload the bundle, click next, it will do some pre-checks, if those pre-checks pass, it will update everything one by one. It will put one ESX in the maintenance and move other VM's to another mode. There is no downtime to the VM's.

The solution is easy to use. When turning on a server or a machine that is required for, deployment or quality assurance, the dynamic deployment of resources is good.

For me, the most valuable feature is in relation to the software updates.

This is a good solution for medium-sized installations especially when it will be coupled with VMware.

I can roll out the system in thirty minutes and the customer can work with it.

I like the new releases that Dell EMC is doing with VMware. They are allowing for flexibility across the hybrid cloud. This allows organizations to use containers and to be able to move into the public cloud, but also not have lock-in. They can come back to the private cloud when they want to, so it's creating a lot of flexibility across the stack.

It's a turnkey solution, which is good for customers, because they are buying into stability.

We were able to speed up our gaming software, which was a big plus.

It gives us tons of flexibility. We can create new machines, then destroy them if they don't work out. We test a lot of use cases that may or may not play out. We can build all types of scenarios into virtual machines that we may or may not use. If we don't use them, we just turn them off, no using up resources.

The most valuable feature is the fact that the storage is integrated with the VxRail so I don't have to go in between systems when I have to monitor my storage.

The most valuable feature in the VxRail solution is the software that binds the management portal and its ease of use of managing the environment. The guys don't have to worry about getting multiple solutions specialist. You can have one person looking at and managing the whole environment.

There is a single vendor with the hardware, software, and maintenance. Thus, there is a single vendor with whom we can contact.

There is no in-depth config involved nor third-party needed, saving us time and money.

Its ease of administration is extremely valuable. It allows me to make better use of my time for other tasks instead of maintaining systems through multiple administration consoles.
