Hello, I think Kentico will serve you well as a digital experience platform and especially for commerce purposes. We at my company have been using this feature of the DXP as well because we recently branched out into selling online and the DXP really gives you great features for it! For example, you don't have to code your online shop, as Kentico gives you features for all things e-commerce may need - like management of product information, shopping cart and checkout process, promotion and discounts, and multilingual shopping, among the rest. We use Kentico for other purposes for the digital experience we provide, of course, because it offers a real variety of tools that can make your customers very happy.
My organization has been using Kentico for user interface (UX) and website development. We've got some developers on our team but I think even without professionals, you can benefit from the features that Kentico gives you to build the platform that you can use to provide digital experience to your clients. Now, I don't know how it is regarding commerce because that's not in our specialization, but I know it includes it in its offerings, so based on my positive experience with this DXP, I'd say it may as well be worth checking out too. Share your experience later if you end up using it so we know how it went!
As per the opinions of the PeerSpot community, Web Content Management systems must have strong security gateways and security token translation in place if they are to be evaluated. After security, other important features include powerful reports, website structure, number of pages the system can manage, and ease of use when operating the WCM, while integration with other systems was a minor factor also mentioned.
