With a new version of SharePoint on the not-too-distant horizon, I'd like to hear from SP users about their wish lists and pain points. SharePoint migrations are no small task-- what new features and upgrades would make SP 2016 a must-buy for your enterprise? Also, is that next upgrade taking things to the cloud, staying on-prem or taking a hybrid approach?
I'd like to hear about challenges that enterprises overcome when migrating to a new version of SharePoint. Are you running an older version of SP and looking to upgrade, or have you recently upgraded? What are the issued involved with that transition? What issues arise from leapfrogging editions? In choosing an upgrade, are you planning to keep things on-premises, taking things to the cloud with SharePoint Online or eyeing a hybrid system?
