Of all the solutions I have researched, my opinion is that Check Point CloudGuard Posture Management is the best CSPM tool and here’s why.
Some of its best features are that you can initiate policies for multiple accounts, projects, and regions and it provides users with the option to refuse any critical operations based on the roles of the users assigned to them.
It has 3 key differentiators from other products that make it stand out:
Users can enforce gold standard policies across projects, accounts, virtual networks, and regions with CloudGuard Posture Management, which lets users visualize security posture as well as pinpoint, prioritize, and auto-remediate events, which is really helpful.
CloudGuard Posture Management automatically ensures users conform to regulatory requirements and security best practices. Through comprehensive reporting, users are updated on security and compliance posture.
The solution’s privileged identity protection feature allows users to deny access to critical actions based on identity access management (IAM) roles and users. Check Point CloudGuard Posture Management constantly analyzes and audits IAM users and roles for irregular activity.
The solution performs routine health checks in multi-cloud platforms for proper cloud compliance in regards to the enterprise standards and customer policies. And I have found that it also provides fantastic ruleset definitions that can run in any cloud platform, whether it's AWS, GCP, or Azure. Moreover, it offers comprehensive notifications, which are highly useful for detecting issues in client environments, and it generates test results and summary reports in detail that can be exported from the dashboard.
Furthermore, its support of serverless architecture is a good feature. However, what I like most about it is its installation and going live. I also appreciated that I can visualize our security status and comfortably implement high standard guidelines for accounts, projects, regions, and virtual networks.
In terms of cloud compliance and governance, Check Point CloudGuard Posture Management is the best solution for public cloud/ Kuberenetes/ containers workloads. And, when it comes to compliance and audits reports, the solution has multiple templates available to choose from.
In addition, Check Point CloudGuard Posture Management provides complete visibility of traffic flowing from/towards the cloud platform; it provides a best practice policy, which helps to strengthen the security of Workload, and it is also always on and even available on a mobile device using App.
Another advantage of the platform is that with its task delegation, a particular incident can be assigned to a particular individual and the same can be done manually or automated. You can also customize queries for detecting any incident.
In comparison to other CSPM tools, I prefer Check Point CloudGuard Posture Management because of its unique features. Specifically, it is easy to integrate with security bundles, it has proven to be a great product for cloud management and logging, and it is straightforward and simple to set up.

CSPM solutions help organizations identify and remediate security risks and compliance challenges within cloud environments. CSPM tools use automated scans to identify potential security issues, and then provide recommendations for remediation.
