Dear Richard,
We have recently worked on embedded systems with MFC controls, C, C++, ... Net and Web technologies through AscentialTest, the next generation test automation tool developed by Zeenyx Inc.
One of the features which would be interesting is the same framework worked across all variants without changing any of the functionality which greatly reduced the rework and maintenance.
I would recommend contacting Zeenyx Inc to let them know the support of ARM and IAR which look like C and C++-based app.
The test development is faster and test maintenance is easier when compared to any other conventional tools.
