I would rate the pricing of Alteryx Designer as an eight out of ten in terms of costliness. Licensing costs vary based on negotiation and increase with the number of licenses needed. There are no additional costs for features or services; you choose from bundled packages based on your needs.
The product costs five thousand and two hundred dollars per user for each year. The product is a bit expensive, it should be looked into. But there are no hidden costs in Alteryx; you only have to pay for the licensing.
Alteryx Designer is an affordable solution to purchase, but it gets expensive if you try to scale up or collaborate with other solutions. There are no additional costs apart from the standard licensing fees of the solution since, to create a solution, you need to buy more than one license from Designer. It is easy to buy one license from Designer, but then you need to buy more, which makes it quite expensive. I rate the price of Alteryx Designer as a five on a scale of one to ten, where one is extremely expensive, and ten is a highly cheap product.

The licenses are expensive, making it difficult to consider acquiring additional licenses to the existing ones. The cost of a single license is around four thousand dollars, which is costly. I would rate it seven out of ten.

I advise clients to think about the gains in the first project and also all you can achieve with the hours saved by automation and also with broader analytics.
It is too expensive for our country. We are a small country, so it is too difficult to sell this solution. With Alteryx Designer, if you want to automate the data and run the flows, you have to pay more money. We were trying to automate the flows, and we found out that people have to pay 600 more for this feature, which makes it even more expensive. We are a partner for Tableau, and we are working with Tableau Prep, which is like a mini Alteryx. In Tableau Prep, you can drag and drop and make new connections with the different data sources. You can make all the connections. You can also publish a source. You don't have to pay more money with Tableau. You pay like $5 per user per month to access it.
