The pricing is okay as it depends on what we offer to the client. For on-premises, we are protecting the server. On the workstation side, we are not pushing too much, like EDR, because that may slow down everything. But again, it has to be customized. For example, you're running an SQL server. It can be a false positive because the SQL server is always accessing the hard disk, and it may be treated as a malware infection. Therefore, we have to follow the best practices. The pricing stays competitive with the competition. It's not cheap, not very expensive; it's mid-range. It's okay. It's modular-based pricing. For example, if you are purchasing antivirus, malware protection, and hyper-detect, you will be charged for those. If you don't want EDR, you won't be charged for it. If you're buying a hundred user licenses and only need EDR for ten devices, you pay for ten devices with antivirus, hyper-detect, and EDR. That means you will be paying extra for those ten devices. If the end user doesn't want EDR, you don't have to pay for it. So, it has very flexible licensing costs, and it's modular-based. I would rate the pricing an eight out of ten, with ten being expensive and one being cheap. The solution we provide includes maintenance for your customers. We have two models. One model is for direct end-users, where we work as consultants. The other model is for other IT companies who don't have this expertise. We charge for our services and provide consultancy. If they want us to implement it, we charge for our hours, and the remaining work is theirs. We work as a consultant for the IT companies.

In terms of the licensing costs associated with Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security, the agreement was made nearly three years ago, but from what I recall, the figure was around €6,000 to €7,000 for three years, including support for two hundred endpoints.
The licensing costs can vary. There are different layers of security that can be used with the solution and things can range from 0.70 cents per device to $3.00 to $4.00 each. Once a person starts getting into this price range, encryption and email security will become part of the equation. This is already at a different level of protection. Personally, I don't make use of the email or encryption features, since there are other ways of going about this. But, I do make use of all the security features, going all the way up to EDR, which roughly comes out to $2.00 to $2.50 per device. As a partner, when I purchase any NFR or license for my own office, I have to go to a totally different portal to obtain it, for which I must pay upfront for an entire year. My clients must pay on a monthly basis, but they're a totally different portal, involving three different layers which must be accessed to get the client-based information. I dread going into their portal with Panda.

Its price has gone up since our last renewal. My renewal fee has gone from $517.99 in 2018 for 3 years to $739.99 when it renews this year in July. I love the product, but a price increase of over 40% is a bit exorbitant.
Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security is roughly a general security solution, but they offer other services, too. The general basic price is roughly $1.20 for a license with Bitdefender. With Panda, I think it's $1. Although, I think they just recently upped the price to almost $2. With Bitdefender, I don't need to add on anything extra for what I'm doing. You have the option to add on the exchange server, and BitLocker, etc. For general security, it's just $1.20.

We purchase the solution for three or five-year intervals. We paid approximately $150 for 10 to 15 users.

The pricing is reasonable, however, users need to be aware that it is bundled Enable.
