CylanceOPTICS is probably priced equal to other EDRs in the market. Price-wise, considering what it has to offer, you could probably get a better product.
The pricing for CylanceOPTICS is very good; I would rate it around a nine on a scale of one to ten, with ten being the lowest. It's one of the most affordable options I've seen. For example, I pay around $4.50 per month for Protect and $1.50 for Optics. So for both, it would be around $6 per month per client. Under $100 per client makes it affordable for what it does.

We received both. We prepared a quotation for a year. It is based on a calendar year. We spent a year on both Protect and Optics. I would rate the pricing a three out of five.
I don't deal with licensing and can't speak to the exact cost of the product. We bundle the cost with our services. We charge clients for our services as well, so it was combined. That said, it wasn't that much even from our side.
For the license, we just paid for the number of endpoints we have and that is about it. In the end, the cost is about the same amount as McAfee, so they are definitely competitive when it comes to pricing. On a monthly basis, the licensing cost is $55 per user.
Our cloud-native BlackBerry® Optics provide visibility, on-device threat detection and remediation across your organization. In milliseconds. And our EDR approach effectively and efficiently hunts threats while eliminating response latency. It’s the difference between a minor security event—and one that’s widespread and uncontrolled.
