I'm not involved with licensing but I believe they tied the purchase of TrueSight into a discount with Remedy. It was quite expensive, it took us a year to get it deployed and we've had problems with it ever since.

We've had an ELO for a long time, a licensing agreement that was a three-year rolling contract. We did that for two three-year periods and that included all the BMC products. We're currently looking at assessments of all the tools that we're doing. We've got a new VP in and he wants all new assessments. So we went to a year-to-year contract to finish all the assessments and figure out what we're going to do as a long-term strategy. Right now, we're year-to-year on a maintenance contract.
