Claroty's pricing is highly competitive. I cannot discuss details, but I am aware of the pricing strategies of other platforms in this space. One unique aspect of Claroty is that users get all the deployments for free. These projects can be comprehensive and complex, often requiring hardware deployment, which takes time. Other vendors charge for technical account management and support hours during deployment, but Claroty provides these services for free, offering significant value.
The tool is quite expensive. I would not say it is not a cheap tool. All the major companies offering any particular OT monitoring tool, provide the same product.
The licensing for physical devices is cheap, but the software version is expensive. The software version costs around 26-28 dollars. I was surprised and even double-checked. It was shocking.
The Claroty Platform is tailored for monitoring and securing industrial control systems. It offers deep visibility into OT networks, enabling effective anomaly detection and vulnerability assessments. Its user-friendly interface and robust reporting tools facilitate easy management and compliance, enhancing organizational efficiency and cybersecurity posture in industrial environments.
The cost is as per the standard market. It is neither too high nor too low. The pricing is similar to Nozomi and DriveWell.

The cost of the Claroty Platform is comparatively high, however, the ruggedness and comprehensive security features justify the investment.

I rate the product’s pricing a six out of ten, where one is cheap, and ten is expensive.
