Huawei has the same licensing model as Cisco, so both are working on the subscription model. Huawei and Cisco fall under the same price bracket. I don't have an idea about the pricing, but I think the price of both tools may have a very small difference.

Huawei Ethernet Switches are very competitively priced, almost 4 out of 10.However, the low price point may sometimes raise concerns about quality for some companies.
The licensing costs depend on the negotiations that a user has with Huawei. The support provided by Huawei is very responsive, and at times, they visit and provide on-site help to users. The support by Huawei is different from how other products offer support to users since most of them provide help through phones while Huawei provides on-site support to users. There is a need to make some additional payments apart from the licensing costs attached to the solution.

It is a china brand. This is not a good product, but it's very cheap compared with Cisco, another Ruckus, kind of compared with Huawei, Huawei from China, the prices are very cheap.
If you have the basic function, there's no problem. However, you must purchase a license if you require advanced features or additional functionality beyond the basic setup. It applies to all customers, not just myself, and purchasing a license is perfectly acceptable and necessary to access these additional features.
From the initial purchase, you will pay for a license and you do not need to pay for a license again. The price depends on the size of the infrastructure. It currently costs around eighty dollars a switch for a one-time payment. I think the price point is great for the product.
There aren't any licensing costs. It's a one-off payment at the beginning and then you can use them for as long as you like. If you want to expand or use another service, you do need to pay for that, however.

It was a one-off licensing for Huawei that wasn't upgraded so there's no ability now to configure our upgrade. We purchased the hardware with the inbuilt license eight years ago and we haven't been charged for any licensing since then.

Huawei comes with a lot of features out of the box that you have to pay extra for with other products. They do charge extra in the licensing for certain other features, however, so some of those capabilities are an additional charge.

Huawei Ethernet switches have a price advantage over other solutions. You can buy about four Huawei switches for the price of one Cisco switch. The exact pricing varies based on how many units you purchase. For example, if you buy one then it is expensive, but if you buy ten or more then there is a discount. I would expect the same would apply to larger purchases, such as a bulk discount for buying 100 or more units.
