We have a capacity-based license, which is managed centrally for all the sites in my company. I'm managing one of the centers, and there are multiple small sites as well. Everything is managed centrally. We manage how many backups we're doing in a month, and then we send a report. On that basis, we know how much more data we need to procure.
Data backup involves copying and moving data from its primary location to a secondary location from which it can later be retrieved in case the primary data storage location experiences some kind of failure or disaster.
