The pricing models across the market initially differed significantly, as most RPA implementations were licensed on a per bot basis, unlike Tungsten RPA, which uses a server-based model. Though the initial purchase was costlier, this cost is distributed more effectively across multiple implementations rather than a single bot.
Previously, Tungsten RPA offered perpetual licenses, but now it has a subscription-based model for more flexibility, similar to the Microsoft developer platform.
The pricing model for automation solutions like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform is subscription-based, where costs are calculated based on factors such as the number of hours used and the scale of automation required. This subscription model can lead to significant long-term expenses for large organizations with numerous automation use cases. With Kofax, you purchase a license upfront, and that's all you need. You can create as many automation workflows as you require without additional costs for individual use cases.

I don't have complete insight at this point in time, but I would guess that Kofax is a lot less expensive than Automation Anywhere. I would expect its license to be on a yearly basis.
The solution requires that you pay upfront for installing the product on sites. It may be a bit different of a setup if you go with a cloud or SaaS version, however, we use the on-premises deployment. You do pay separate amounts for different areas of the solution. The pricing is very good in the region. It's very competitive.

The normal price for an on-premises license is €50,000. That's the price for one robot license. You can have more than one robot license but only one can be run at any one time. I believe the cost of adding a second robot is around €14,000.

I rate the pricing a five or six out of ten. Different projects have different prices.
Kofax RPA's licensing costs are yearly and expensive.
The cost depends on the number of licenses and the number of RPAs. Annually we pay a ten percent support fee for the solution.
I give the price of the solution a six out of ten.
I rate Kofax RPA four out of 10 for affordability. It isn't cheap compared to other products. For example, it's more expensive than Power Automate.
Kofax RPA is moderately priced but expensive in comparison to UiPath and Power Automate.
There is a standard license needed to use Kofax RPA and the price is reasonable.
Kofax's prices are pretty reasonable.

Price is not a problem, because they are a competitor and we have a special rate.
We pay about £20,000 ($25,000 USD) per year for licensing fees. There are no costs in addition to the standard licensing fees.
There aren't any costs over and above the standard fee. Generally, we do our licensing from India due to cost constraints.

The licensing cost for Kofax is on an annual basis. It's not so high, just the standard fee. The license cost is not much at all.
