I haven't used the solution to collaborate on brainstorming as I'm a little skeptical about the pricing, and I want to make sure that it's a useful software before I start to invest in theme-specific features and get other people also to use it. I am not a hundred percent comfortable with the software myself, however, that might change a few months down the line. For myself, I don't know if it is worth the price, as I don't know how much I would use it, whatever the pricing might be. What I'm keen to do is keep exploring with the free version. I use it as an individual and then I screen share when I'm working with the team. I can keep doing that with my free plan, even with the number of limitations that I have. I will probably just figure out the pricing at a much later date.

The pricing is pretty fair for what it does and for the performance that you get. We are in the lowest tier right now as that's more than enough for what we need, and I'd say that it's a fair price. You get a good bang for the buck. It's actually really good.

As some of the charts that I was using had a couple of hundred elements, I needed to use a paid version of Lucidspark. The pricing is very reasonable. It is more expensive than some of the free options out there but much cheaper than Visio, and it works much better.

The pricing is in line with everything else out there, and you get what you pay for. I haven't looked at the enterprise-level pricing, as I'm subscribed with the individual or the small team pricing. That's comparable to what I've seen elsewhere. It'd be great to have it cheaper, but once again, if you lose some of the functionality, it's not really worth being cheaper for that.

I don't think that the cost is ever something that I considered. It has always been worth it to pay a small payment and help everyone with their tasks. It has definitely helped me become more organized. I don't think that the cost has been a barrier at all, and it is worth it to be able to pay for it.
They have a good pricing model. I'm an independent contractor and so I don't mind paying $9.99 a month for that when I'm getting paid well to use it and get results with it. So I think that's a good model. If it was $39.99 a month, I certainly wouldn't have chosen to use it. There are no additional costs to the standard licensing.
I personally had a hard time getting the licenses sorted out. In the organizational license, the whole process took a lot of time. Personally, I feel that the licensing could be done much better on that front. Onboarding it was a challenge for me. They need to work a bit on making users stick to their platform, be it Lucidchart or Lucidspark, then engage them into any kind of paid services. Primarily, this will help people get stuck on their platform who will eventually use it, since they would have their work set up on it rather than the other way around. Instead of using both of these tools, Lucidchart and Lucidspark, I would recommend sticking with one or the other.

It is not cost-prohibitive. It is well worth it, but we are also a small team. We are definitely planning on having it as part of our onboarding for everyone, but I haven't looked at the pricing for an enterprise level or large set of employees. For right now, it's worth the cost and there are no issues with it, but I'm not sure what that would look like with scaling.

The licensing is a fair price. We mainly have single users. We chose not to do the team user because of the cost. We didn't see a need for that at this point. We have talked to Lucidchart and Lucidspark salesmen often about that. We have also talked to Lucidchart people about integration with Salesforce. We thought we found a solution that would help us visualize and move some things, but it did not work for us or at the price point that we needed to pay to do it. So, we only use LucidChart inside itself with no integrations to other places.
It's a very reasonable $8 a month. That makes it really accessible and helps it fill a pretty significant need for virtual collaboration. Just about every leadership team member that I've talked to said, “Oh, well, that's cheap, just go buy it."

There is room for improvement in terms of the cost. It should all be bundled together. It's becoming like a Microsoft, where you have to buy all the different version features separately. It should just all be bundled with one price. I shouldn't need to buy Lucidspark separately and Lucidchart, etc. That model is like what Microsoft does, and it's very annoying.
Lucidspark is a virtual whiteboard where teams can bring their best ideas to light. Collaborate in real time, no matter where you are. Lucidspark helps people organize notes and scribbles and turn them into presentation-ready concepts. When it’s time for next steps, teams can develop workflows and process documents to turn ideas into reality. Features include: integrations, infinite canvas, sticky notes, freehand drawing, chat, templates, timer, voting, and more. With Lucidspark, you can not...
I actually don't know too much of that about the pricing guide. I can't speak to exact costs.

I know that to get 10 seats for Spark is $2000 a year, which struck me as a little high.

The pricing seems reasonable. Lower would always be good.
Since they integrate together, I wish they offered a special deal for people who subscribed to both Lucidchart and Lucidspark.

I was using the web version. I don't know what I signed up for, but I don't think I paid anything. It was just free.
