The price is affordable. When comparing MicroTik products to similar ones from other networking companies, the price difference is substantial, often significantly lower. For instance, a MicroTik device that costs $600 may have a counterpart from Cisco priced at two to three times higher, reaching thousands of dollars. This cost discrepancy is also evident with other brands like HP and Intel. I would rate it three out of ten.
In comparison, especially once you start getting into commercial applications, MikroTik is very affordable. So on the cheaper side of the scale, definitely.
The solution is not expensive. The pricing is good. There are no additional charges associated with the product. The product’s license is for life. I rate the pricing a nine out of ten.
When compared to deploying a Cisco router, the cost is extremely low. I am confident that there are numerous individuals who use MikroTik, particularly those who own P2P networks. No fees are required for licensing.
In our company, we are using MikroTik without a license. Also, we haven't paid or subscribed for their services. However, we are planning to buy their services and subscriptions.

I'm a customer and end-user. I just upgrade the licensing. I never buy it. Therefore, I can't speak to the exact pricing. It is easy to upgrade and downgrade, however, according to your needs. I'd rate the solution eight out of ten. It's a pretty good product.

The pricing is very reasonable. It's not too expensive. I don't handle licensing costs. I'm not sure how payments are set up and whether a company would have to pay monthly or yearly.
The price of these products is good, which is one of the things that we like the best. When you buy a license, it is for life and you don't need to buy another one every year.

MikroTik is very cost-effective and quite good for the price. It performs very well. For one of our customers, the existing setup comprises Cisco Catalyst switches, and it is about 10 to 15 years old. We're looking into upgrading in a cost-effective way to get the performance and yet still be at par with the quality and expectations that customers have from Cisco. Price-wise, Cisco is really expensive, and customers are expecting something different than Cisco so that they can save on IT costs. They don't have the same budget that they had before when they installed Cisco products. That's why they're looking for a solution that can provide performance and features without too much money or investment. We're looking at some alternative brands, such as NETGEAR and MikroTik, to support our proposal.
