One Identity Manager is priced in the middle range but offers good value due to lower implementation time compared to competitors. Total cost of ownership is crucial where the main expense is in implementation, not licensing.
It is cost-efficient compared to its competitors. It is cost-effective. I do not know about the other regions, but here in the Middle East, the competitors are almost double the price.

Prices in Turkey are high due to inflation, a challenge we've heard about from our customers. We understand that European consumers may have different expectations, but we must reduce the pricing to attract customers.

One Identity isn't cheap for small or medium-sized businesses, but I don't think it's necessary for a small company to use. The price is fair for large enterprises with thousands of employees that want to adopt a zero-trust model.

In addition to licensing fees, we may incur costs for professional services if product issues or implementation errors arise beyond our control. While a community exists, support can still be challenging. Furthermore, the product is relatively expensive compared to alternatives. Certification costs are also notably higher, requiring mandatory five to six-day training sessions and exams only offered to groups of 15 to 20 people. This contrasts with other products, such as SailPoint, which offer standalone exams for certification seekers.

The pricing of One Identity Manager is competitive. Compared to its competitors, One Identity is priced quite brilliantly. ForgeRock and Sailpoint cost about 1.5 times, making One Identity quite economical.

One Identity is cost-efficient from a licensing perspective. However, one drawback is that it's expensive on the hardware side for the customer to set up. One Identity's professional services team recommends various components. They lose some of the cost advantage because the hardware is expensive and requires maintenance.
One Identity Manager's pricing is competitive and in line with what other companies offer. While we may have received a different pricing model due to the multiple Quest products we purchased compared to only One Identity Manager, the overall cost is considered average. We bought the One Identity Manager license from a partner, but they weren't able to assist with implementation because they lacked experience with the product and even tried to steer us toward a different solution.
One Identity Manager is cost-efficient. The license is based on the number of identities we have. We use a One Identity partner, VMDH for our licensing.

I would advise finding and using a development partner for implementation unless you have a dedicated identity management team. Ensure your environment is licensed properly, as One Identity has an active Compliance department.
It is fairly priced because they provide all the features by default. That is why they charge a bit more than other vendors. I am not sure about the exact cost part, but One Identity is a little bit more expensive than IBM and other tools.

One Identity's pricing is similar to that of other products. It might be a little more expensive, but you save time and implementation costs. It's cheaper to implement One Identity compared to Sailpoint and other solutions.
The price of One Identity Manager is cheaper than SailPoint. When we initially suggested SailPoint to some customers they were surprised at the price, so we then suggested One Identity Manager and they went with that. In addition to the licensing fees, there are costs for customization if you want to build custom modules.

It was okay for us. It was not too much for us. It was nearly the same as other products. It was not expensive. We aren't paying any costs in addition to the standard licensing fees. We are just paying for the local support. We are paying for the development requirements to our local partners.

The pricing is good and I think more money is made out of selling professional services than the product itself. Developers who have worked with the product won't need the assistance of professional services. It is easy to implement once you are accustomed to the product. Someone new to the product would need 20-30 days of services a year and in that scenario, it is expensive to develop and maintain.
The licensing for One Identity Manager is per user, per carbon life, specifically, it's per people, and not a per-identity licensing model. For example, if I have two hundred people, or if I have someone with several identities, I'm only paying for it once. I don't remember the exact cost of One Identity Manager because I wasn't the one who paid for the license.

I'm aware there's a license cost for One Identity Manager, but I'm not part of the team who handles licensing, so I'm unable to give pricing information.
One Identity Manager is very efficient for a limited amount of users. It is easy to use and handle. The license price is based on user capacity. However, I cannot speak about the exact costs.
When we started the journey 7+ years ago, there was a limited skill set in the market, and that is still the case today. Like all Identity Management projects, setting firm requirements upfront is important to maintain costs.

There is a one-time licensing cost, and there is also a yearly subscription fee. The fee is related to the number of users and is perhaps $6 or $7 per license per month.

It's costlier than some other products and there is nothing that fits every solution. You have to plan your design in advance based on your needs and user base.
It needs flexibility in the licensing or packaging, because you buy the entire package at once, and sometimes the customers are a bit overwhelmed with whatever they get. I would like if they could cut the licensing or packaging into somewhat smaller things.
