I just evaluated the free version. Since SnapLogic started incorporating AI, particularly the AI version they're promoting, the price has gone up and is on the higher side. Although not much has changed, the cost has increased. However, when comparing it with solutions like Apigee or MuleSoft, it still offers better value. So, it's still considered affordable.
I used the free trial. You need to pay for a license to use SnapLogic. The pricing is based on the number of integrations you need and the volume of data you're processing.

We employed the incremental model of development, starting with the bare minimum load and system requirements. As the project progressed, we increased the bandwidth accordingly. When the further expansion was needed, we provided the client with a valid case study to justify the increased request. We further discussed what additional elements would be added and how they would affect the bandwidth. By scaling the solution incrementally the cost is controlled and more beneficial to the client.
The pricing is better than Informatica and the license is renewed on an annual basis. The price depends on the volume of the data and the infrastructure you are choosing.

The solution offers moderately priced licensing. It's not overly cheap or overly expensive. That said, since last year, they have increased the price. It's based on usage. We do find that it is worth the cost. However, it depends on how you use it. If they give a $1 million per year contract, and if you are not even sending one integration to live then it's not useful. Running a POC is free.

From the ROI perspective, the price is extremely high. I would rate the pricing as one out of ten.

The license model is based on consumption. They charge for the number of connectors.
