The model we were in for most of our license covered 200 devices/people and was very cost-effective for the business suite included. Then, once we had to go beyond that for some licensing, it became a little more expensive. Even still, it was very very very cost-effective compared to the solution we're about to go to. There were not any other costs really beyond a few add-ons like patching and things like that. We added that to the initial suite. We added disk encryption for some of our laptops. We had it installed on VMware.
