The installation/usage is very easy. Support is very good. TMON provides a better Sysplex/CICSplex overview; OmegaMon/CICS had a limited view of a single CICS region. This is not how it works today with CICSplex and Sysplex. The same applies for OmegaMon/DB2. The massive amount of datasets to run OmegaMon is a mess. TMON provides a CNTL, SAMP and LOAD and not 100 of datasets like OmegaMon. Also, only a few FMIDs to install. The SMPE install is pretty easy. The display limit (LROWS) in OmegaMon is also a big issue
