In my company, we use AutomationEdge as an RPA tool, which has to automate the automatic functions within our company on a daily basis for repetitive tasks. We need to automate the aforementioned functions in a short period of time with AutomationEdge. I work in the banking sector, and we use AutomationEdge in my organization to provide customer service, for which we need to build various software tools to automate tasks and many processes. There is a need to build a bot and a process before running that process on AutomationEdge.

We are an IT provider solution company. So, we use AutomationEdge to deliver service to our customers, especially in the banking area. So we are helping some banks here in Colombia to automate certain banking processes, like the resources they generate every five minutes in a payment platform. Also, we use it to help with some reports and processes for their mortgage processes.
AutomationEdge allows me to manage the flow since we have to automate a lot of processes, especially a lot of manual processes that generally take 72 hours or sometimes 90 hours, to do using Excel forms. So now, we can optimize that in less than five minutes.
Our primary use case for the solution is providing RPS services to our customers who are service providers to us. We implement AutomationEdge for different customers while providing the service. AutomationEdge is an automation platform allowing us to implement it on the customer base and then develop use cases for them. The use cases do not have any direct interaction with the AutomationEdge. We deploy both on cloud and on-premises based on the customer's preference.
We are an integrator, and it is not used in our organization. It is used in our customer's organization. The last project that we deployed for AE was last year, and I am not sure about the version we had. It was version 6 or 7.
