We use the solution to interact with websites, work in Excel, and capture information from systems. It also helps us perform basic checks in Excel using formulas.
Firstly, I implemented Tungsten in a hospital. It helped us to handle patient records and their interactions with doctors and insurance companies. When a patient visited a doctor and received a prescription, we used Tungsten RPA to access the insurance company's website, input the patient's details, and request approval for the prescribed medication or procedure. This approval process occurred before the patient reached the pharmacy, ensuring timely access to necessary treatments. Secondly, Tungsten increased spot limits. Working with a bank's customer care department, we streamlined the process for customers requesting limit increases. Previously, the process involved manual ticket handling and eligibility checks, leading to delays in customer responses. With Tungsten RPA, we automated the validation and approval process, allowing customer care agents to input necessary information and trigger requests directly. The RPA system then assessed the customer's eligibility and sent success emails or apology letters accordingly, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

We did a POC for a customer. We had a couple of use cases to pull information from one system and upload it to the cloud, and based on that data, we were building some reports in Tableau. This data needed to be periodically available in the cloud, and we were using Kofax for that. Within our organization, we have implemented it for collecting the employee timesheet data and sending reports to the top management on a daily basis. We are currently using its latest version.

We mainly deal with robots for accounting sites and we have more than 140 of them with most used for accounting departments. For marketing departments, we have web crawling robots that use websites to collect a lot of market information. The solution is also used for main core accounting processes such as purchase orders or accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc. There are core activities in this process - entering invoices into SAP, creating invoices, bank account collections. The solution is also used for the operation site where we have more than 10,000 machines in different geographic locations. We get thousands of IoT signals from these machines and we check for error signals, many of which are diagnostic. We can provide information that can prevent a machine being corrupted. We are customers of Kofax.
We started using Kofax with a niche project some time ago, but I have been learning and using this solution to become more familiar with RPA and use that to assist me in evaluating other solutions. Our use case is screen scraping competitive websites for pricing information.

I'm the company CEO and chief engineer. We partner with RPA, selling the product, marketing and implementing it. We have several customers who use RPA for different applications. Some use it for financial needs. Another uses RPA to obtain information from employees who deal with external customers. They insert relevant data and the accounts department is then able to invoice the customer. Prior to this, it was all done manually. RPA has provided us with a tool for mobile phones that allows data input to be sent directly to the head office. RPA takes care of the process, it's all automated. Another case is where information is being directly input to the ERP system from a PDF. A robot takes care of that and everything is transmitted automatically to the ERP system. Logistics companies are one of the main target groups for us and in this case, it's really about customs procedures. Imported goods require reports and it used to be done manually, particularly important when there were questions from customs officials. Robots are now being used to handle the data from the source companies and also from customs. There are many different applications where our customers are using RPA. Our biggest customer would have around 100, 150 end-users or customers using the product but in some cases, it's only five to 10 people using the robots. It's difficult to say how many users there are because a lot of the work used to be done manually and now, over time, that work is being taken over by robots.
