SysTrack is used to check device performance to have complete insight into what is happening on end user devices such as laptops or desktops within our firm. We have Windows 10 devices and do not use other operating systems. SysTrack is not being used in our firm on any mobile devices. We mainly use the solution to investigate what has happened on a particular device. The intention was to use SysTrack to check what trends are occurring within the firm so that we can discover problems before we are actually alerted about them by the users. We have 50 technology team members who use the solution.

This is a telemetry tool and it's used to track the endpoint in order to understand what the user is doing on the endpoint and whether there are any issues. This is a powerful digital experience monitoring tool and it tracks everything. I'm an EUC specialist.

SysTrack is a BI solution for endpoints. We use it to understand the user experience at the company and user level. I don't believe anyone uses SysTrack at my company, but I have performed demos for potential clients. Many of my customers use this system. The largest has 10,000 users.
