We use TeamViewer Remote Management for remote access. If you have a problem with your computer, you can use remote access to resolve it. These are the circumstances, that we use TeamViewer Remote Management. We get very little, which is used by our internal teams, our IT teams. We don't use it for anything else. It's only office workers.
I use this solution for remote server installations and troubleshooting. I run it on our side, and the customer runs it on their side and gives us the ID and password. Then I log on, and I'm on the server that I need to set up or the machine that I need to troubleshoot.
