I primarily use Zoho and DocuSign for creating electronic signatures. For example, when I need to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or respond to real estate transactions, or when we try to acquire new companies, they often send their NDAs and documents using DocuSign or Zoho. In the case of acquiring a small SMB manufacturing company, where I need to review their financial documents from the last four to five years, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and other related documents, I can use Zoho or DocuSign to receive those documents without sending emails back and forth. Real estate transactions are also a good use case for electronic signatures. However, I believe there could be many other use cases for electronic signatures, especially those requiring collaboration.
It generates leads in the CRM. When creating leads, they get generated on the platform and extra information related to credit applications, documentation, and forms. Once the form is completed, it is populated and updated in the CRM. Once the deal is closed, I can send Zoho Sign to the contacts under the lead. Primary users fill out the contract first, and then the next, and so on. Once everyone is signed, it gets back to the managers, that review and sign the contract that goes into the module with an updated status that the contract is completed.
