It would be better if the product provided one-on-one tutoring or office hours for certain products. I haven't seen that in A Cloud Guru. The only thing that really annoys me is that I have to log in every time I use the tool. It’s just the way the vendor has their IAM set up.

There is room for improvement in the portal. It can be more user-friendly. Many things are common across different areas. For example, creating a virtual machine is needed for both web applications and databases. These are inter-connected requirements. But for specialized areas like cloud security, they should package things better so everything related is together. Currently, it's jumbled up. You need to navigate the whole website to find what you need. If you're not aware of other areas, you might miss information. They need to improve in this area.
If I were to suggest improvements for Cloud Guru, I would appreciate more interactive features where users can receive immediate feedback on their actions. This could include real-time responses to errors, personalized guidance on improvement areas, and best practice recommendations.
