AWS Direct Connect should support cross-cloud connections, such as migrations between Azure ( /products/microsoft-azure-reviews ) and AWS ( /products/amazon-aws-reviews ), for disaster recovery purposes on different cloud platforms. While other third-party tools can perform these tasks for free, using tools from the same cloud platform is preferred for organizations prioritizing data security.
AWS Direct Connect is straightforward and performs well for me. However, having more locations could improve the convenience of using the service. I currently connect through Equinix, but more data center locations would be beneficial.

There is no room for improvement in Direct Connect right now. It meets our requirements satisfactorily.

The platform's stability needs improvement.
It would be good if we could connect AWS Direct Connect from different networks.

The solution's terminologies could be more precise. They should improve this particular area. Also, the patch upgrade process could be better.
It would be better if the setup and configuration of credentials were easier.
