There's always room for improvement in a product, whether it's stability or its graphical user interface. For example, it would be nice if a user could delete something and then recover it themselves. That would be a nice feature. Maybe, granting users specific access rights to Barracuda for their own backups so they can restore something themselves would be a nice feature. It would save our support team some time. While I don't think there's any backup solution that currently offers this, it would be a valuable feature to consider for the future. If you look ahead, the ability to empower users to handle their own restores could be a significant improvement.
