The tool, with its security detection, complies with all the functionalities. Perhaps some improvements should be made, however. Check Point is more in the consumer environment since it should have a better library of updated, managed, and orderly documentation since a lot of information is scattered. They need to improve the technical support that they provide. We have had several problems with the SLA. They do not comply with time and often the solutions that they offer are not very accurate.
I would like for the service to be a little more accessible for all segments. It is good to have it diversified into three categories, however, in the end, we need all or most of the people who acquire the service to have the same characteristics and benefits provided. Whether it's due to a brand issue, an innovation issue, or a business strategy issue, some services are segmented off. It would be great to see it as a service, as an additional option, or as something integrated into a platform that we could acquire for a low licensing fee.
The areas of possible improvement are a few: 1- There is no centralized portal to validate these characteristics. 2- At the level of communication through the Check Point Infinity Portal - sometimes the session is closed automatically. 3- The documentation on how this type of feature works can only be generated with the partner's colleagues in order to implement all the functions, it is a product managed directly by Check Point.
In Check Point, almost everything is incredible. However, we believe that there are areas for improvement, This tool can improve the level of use in all Check Point tools. In some, it is not available yet. The documentation for the most modern applications of the manufacturer is sometimes not well done or complete. Sometimes guides are followed, and the objective is not achieved. Then, it is necessary to open a support case with Check Point to be able to solve or accelerate an improvement in the implemented product.
