Commindware is a bit complex and is difficult to understand. This is because everything we need to buy is here. We would like documentation that is helpful for setup and usage of the application. The Open API is great, but more could be done in my opinion. It lacks out-of-the-box integration with popular web services. We are expecting this change in the next build or release.
