One area for improvement in Safetica is its firewall integration feature. Currently, it primarily supports FortiGate Firewalls, but clients using other firewall brands like Palo Alto or Cisco may face limitations.
Most of the things in the solution are good, because of which there is no need for improvement. Safetica ONE fails to support Linux. From an improvement perspective, Safetica ONE needs to support Linux, though it is not a compulsion since Linux offers customization capabilities but with a lot of restrictions, making it not so easy to use. My recommendation related to the area of improvement in the solution is based on what most people want, which is for Safetica ONE to offer them Google Cloud Platform support. Safetica ONE is a good solution since it has most of the features to secure data.
There are some minor issues with the price and support of the solution that needs to be improved. There could be some more features like XDR in ESET Safetica when compared to Falcon, but at the current cost of ESET Safetica, we cannot say the features are less. The customer also understands the cost part of ESET Safetica. However, for an enterprise client, ESET Safetica is not a sufficient tool since the tool requires more features because Falcon is used for scanning and detecting security vulnerabilities, which is impossible in ESET Safetica. The aforementioned areas can be room for improvement in ESET Safetica. If I had to grade and prepare a list, ESET Safetica would be in position four or five, Falcon would be in the top five, and Trend Micro would be in the top three. There are some lack of features, like scanning in XDR and ADR. The solution needs to increase some more features to address or avoid or indicate the vulnerability in the system. ESET Safetica has to work on the aforementioned points.
What is data loss prevention? Data loss prevention (DLP) is a solution or process used to prevent data breaches and ensure that sensitive data is not lost, accessed by unauthorized users, or otherwise misused.

The product needs to improve support.

ESET Safetica’s stability could be improved. The product is not that stable because sometimes it gets blocked.
This solution could be improved if it was available on Linux as well. Currently it can only be deployed on Mac and Windows.
