Hitachi should work on unified storage platforms. Currently, they provide separate block, file, and cloud storage. I recommend creating one product for unified use, like other manufacturers, which includes both block and file storage in one platform.

Newer versions like the ECDs offer enhancements, but managing the solution can be challenging for those not well-versed in its intricacies. Future releases could benefit from a more user-friendly interface and improved documentation to make the solution more accessible to a wider audience.
The solution's support duration or end-of-support life is very short. Its end-of-support life is within five years, and it would be good for the business environment if the support lasts at least seven to ten years. It's not possible for our IT team to change our storage frequently in five years.
