We'd like to have the ability to protect virtual machines from other Service Providers. If you need to recover an environment and you have suffered from ransomware, it's difficult to start again with Backup and Recovery service. You are going to see the old backups and systems, and it's difficult to delete them and you'll need help from Support.
The dashboard should be updated. I'd like to see something more modern. There are other companies that are more cost-efficient. Sometimes when I upgrade a backup, I get a certain error. However, I've contacted them and they say they've fixed it. I'm not sure, however.
