There are some SKUs in StoreEasy that are built to order, and there are only limited options, such as StoreEasy 1670 and 1870, which can be configured to order based on customer preferences. It's advisable that HPE should offer more configurable options with varied specifications, like a silver processor.
There is a default Windows installation. Sometimes, when it crashes, the HPE support team asks the customer to reinstall it. That is the only issue customers are facing. Apart from this, everything is okay. We also inform the customer to go for reinstallation if it crashes.

It would be better if it were more scalable. In the next release, I would like to access some Microsoft Windows storage server features. I guess the newest version of Windows Server has some restrictions.
The cluster service is not available in the latest version of HPE StoreEasy. Also, it should extend its storage to access ISDN and other cloud storage solutions. That is, I'd like to see an extension to the public cloud.

There were issues around connecting the user access. It doesn't seem to be compatible.

I would like to improve the tool's technical support. I would also like to see the product's hybrid cloud version.
