The reporting is an area that can be improved, which is why we are looking for a replacement. The reports have to show the compliance level of the patching, which Ivanti does not provide. We need reports that are both good and presentable.
The pricing is a bit steep, although, as we can understand the features concerning the interface, it may be commensurate with the product's value. The product is geared towards really large enterprises, such as those of our customers. We act as integrators, partners of Cisco, meaning we provide customer service. We are resellers, not end-users. Its features are very complete.
