Juniper lacks a network access control agent similar to solutions like Alubakya Path and Cisco ISE. There should be a network access control engine. Some customers find it challenging as they do not want to use cloud solutions since Juniper Networks have fully cloud solutions.
Juniper WLC Series has certain shortcomings in traffic monitoring. The product needs to offer better traffic monitoring capabilities to users because sometimes it is impossible to find any information when you need it at a particular point in time.
There could be a high level of security. Additionally, it should be able to manage applications from anywhere in the world, along with remote support services.
One thing to consider is the price; it's quite expensive. Additionally, there could be more information from the controller, and it could be easier to work with the controller lights. It's not easy to bring up the upgrades.
It's much more technical when compared to other companies. The solution could offer more integration with other products. That would make it much better.

The biggest issue was that Juniper stopped developing, so we had to look for another solution. If they were to continue development, I would like to see a decent portal functionality, WPA3, and support. Probably some kind of API as well.
