There could be a high level of security. Additionally, it should be able to manage applications from anywhere in the world, along with remote support services.
One thing to consider is the price; it's quite expensive. Additionally, there could be more information from the controller, and it could be easier to work with the controller lights. It's not easy to bring up the upgrades.
It's much more technical when compared to other companies. The solution could offer more integration with other products. That would make it much better.

The biggest issue was that Juniper stopped developing, so we had to look for another solution. If they were to continue development, I would like to see a decent portal functionality, WPA3, and support. Probably some kind of API as well.
