If I consider that most of the users are getting connected from a remote level and take into consideration that industries prefer to go for SaaS-based solutions and multi-factor authentication, I don't see any features associated with multi-factor authentication in ManageEngine PAM360. If ManageEngine PAM360 can introduce multi-factor authentication, then it would be great from a security aspect.

One area of improvement for the product would be in the integration with Linux devices. An additional feature I'd like to see in the next release would be session logging.
