The platform's workflows could be more intuitive and easier to use. They could enhance the integration with Power BI and make it seamless, similar to Teams.
Integration is an area where the solution lacks. So, integration is very important. We also want other things to be in place, like contract management, checking of invoices, and content management. In a future release of the product, I would like it to have better integration, content, and contract management.
The user interface could definitely be improved. Requirements for policy management could be improved. For many use cases, the solution cannot do all the things that SharePoint can do. The solution needs a stronger integration with Office 365 because most customers use Office but the integration is complex.

If I have to really create an internal knowledge management portal, if I have to compare SharePoint and WordPress, WordPress is far, far better in regard to the SharePoint option. It has got a lot of added features into that. Both of them have pros and cons, and it would be OK to have SharePoint if you're not investing much into the WordPress side.

An area for improvement would be how the platform handles large volumes of documents. It also doesn't provide a very good, robust backup and restore capacity. In the next release, I would like the search technology to be improved.
Its licensing needs to be simplified. Currently, its licensing is very complex. It contains a number of pieces, and you have to be an expert in reading all the conditions in the license. They should simplify the licensing and make it easier to understand. It would make a customer's life easier.

We are an information solutions company. We need a platform where we can connect all the videos through SharePoints and input and export through that. They are not going for any add-ons right now. It's the same version we are still using and there is no plan of upgrading and/or creating any add-ons at all.
They need better solutions for common functionalities, like every week related activities, and customer support. They need to come with more out of the box solutions, rather than depending on customers to develop them. I like SharePoint where you have work bots, so I hope they come up with a similar concept. Add the reusability of whatever components we configure. I believe this will be an advantage in the future.

We have a very good time to market tool, and the development platform should be made user-friendly. Mostly, it's just support. The support is being provided by the vendor whenever there are issues, it should be at a very high level. In a banking institution, it is fundamental that if you are using workflow automated processes that you receive the right level of support for implementation.
With Process360, businesses can take advantage of enterprise process applications delivered on top of SharePoint that also leverage other Microsoft technologies for content management, collaboration, user interface design, and integrated communications.
The graphical user interface had to be more user-friendly. It's not as intuitive.

OpenText 360's performance could be improved. In the next release, OpenText 360 should include in-built connectors for plugins.

I would like for there to be even more integrations in the next release and I believe that the price could go down a bit.
