The frequency of the restarts required during the deployment phase is one area that I don't like about the product. For some urgent updates, I don't like the need for the tool to be frequently restarted. The aforementioned area can be improved. In my company, I have disabled Panda Adaptive Defense 360 for our test servers. It is important to improve the resilience of the product sensitive to difficulties in disabling or removing Panda Adaptive Defense 360 from our company's infrastructure.
As for areas of improvement, there is always room for enhancement. The stability could be improved. Both me and my teammates who use Panda Security have experienced some issues.

I haven't thought about features we'd like improved. We're mostly happy with it. I'd like to integrate it into my main services. It would be helpful if there were more integration capabilities, although there are a few scripts that can help me manage it.

There could be improvements to the PC policy. For example, they could improve policies related to the software to disable, folders and files and patch updates for Windows workstations and machines.

Panda Security Adaptive Defense claims that it uninstalls any third-party antivirus that was previously on your computer, but that has not been the case. Our customers often have to find some way of uninstalling it on each machine. So Panda didn't really get rid of the old antiviruses. Panda Security Adaptive Defense has something called third-party patch management. One of our customers was asking if we could do remote desktop usage of PCs. It would be nice if Panda Security Adaptive Defense could come out with remote desktop usage.

Panda should work to be a more important antiviral all over the world. They could do it if they implemented a task system. We have something similar in Kaspersky. Over the network, we can implement anything by the task over the endpoint software, rather than the antivirus. We have endpoint software, and, via this software, we can access the users' PC and install any software and resolve any problems, software problems, or operating system issues. Panda needs to have this capability. They need to offer a clear dashboard so you can see everything everywhere all at once. While Panda is good, we need a more extensive product. It's not as scalable as we would like.

It needs improvements in its EDR and its ability to manage all the nodes. I'd like better communication between the console and the nodes, so I don't have to remote into each individual machine that's having an issue with the protection. The console's intended purpose is to manage and I've got half the management capabilities in their console. I've got almost 1,000 machines worldwide. As one person, I don't have the capacity to take care of this.
Although the antivirus solution is so good that we've never suffered from an attack, we've had a few problems with false positives where they weren't correct. We received an error message and we had to fix bugs. Otherwise, it was relatively trouble-free. The solution could have more functionality for the administrators of the product. For end-users, it's fine. however administrators need ways to better track everything on the backend, especially the display of threats

It needs some improvements in the DNS security feature. Currently, it does not have full DNS security. It only has semi-DNS security, which can be improved. It is an important feature for us, and it would be really good if they can improve the DNS security feature. Our group has some plans to change to Cisco AMP, which has features such as DNS, Umbrella. We are trying to learn about Cisco AMP and compare it with Panda.
The only part I really don't use as much is their firewall. It's a bit superfluous. Most people have their own firewall in place, so they don't really need that part portion of the solution. Right now the biggest improvement they could implement would be on the administration side. I have to go between different logins. My purchase for my own internal use is totally different than what my clients are on. It's really difficult to try to manage both and to go back and forth in between them. You need to remind yourself: "Oh, I've got to log into this one or log into that one". It's a different portal for each one. Their portal is, to me, in need of a lot of work. It's just not very good. Its not very intuitive. The solution really needs to update its entire platform.

The gap between the two final conclusions is a problem, whether or not a file is known to be malware or is known to be safe. There is a gap between this space which means that some time in which the attestation service works on the conclusion it might regenerate this gap through the communication process. For example, if an employee gets his laptop and goes somewhere where it doesn't have full access to Panda Cloud, meaning the attestation service in the Panda Cloud, it will lose the connection and it cannot promptly receive the attestation conclusion. If you travel or something like that or there's a lapse in time in which the lack of the conclusion regarding a required item like a file or process or whatever, is lacking. Panda understood it might be a huge problem for the whole solution. They resolved it in a way that I don't like. They assumed that there is a knowledgeable person in the customer security team that will assume the conclusion and will either set that everything is supposed to be malware or everything is supposed to be safe, unless it's attested by the Panda Cloud. There are just these two options. You have a checkbox and you just check or uncheck the checkbox, meaning you assume that the non-attested item is assumed to be malware. If you put the checkmark, it is assumed to be safe. Either conclusion means we will have either false positives or false negatives. This is an issue they didn’t solve well. They didn't solve this issue well first of all because it is only a single checkbox to do this. As a suggestion, they could use several similar checkboxes, for example, one for executable files, one for malware detections or suspicions, and so on. You either treat unattested items as malware or either as safe items, which is not good.

The product can improve in several ways. I think the most important improvement would be in the area of modification. They have add-ons that can be used to add functionality to the base package like encryption or patch management. But they could do much more to improve the catalog of modifications and offer more. My impression is that they only have a few options. I'm not sure if they have an iOS version. I know that they have an Android version. But they could be improving and expanding the product options much more to make it more universal and with more capability.
What I like about this product is the pitching and versioning of the application itself and I would like to use it for the documents and the public protection. I would like to see better data protection, for instance using fingerprints to log in.

The software can improve the number of messages we are receiving in case of an attack.

It would help if it would monitor the network better and offer email protection for better monitoring.

Their MacOS support isn't that good.
The solution should have additional endpoint protection.

I'd like them to offer a better way to scan the hardware to detect whether they are valid.

The Linux installation is performed on the command line and they need a package installer for that operating system.
Improvements could be made in terms of how the reporting is structured.
