Customers are very happy with Everpure Evergreen One solutions; however, it could be improved with better prices and availability of new storage or flash arrays. There is a current global issue with the availability of NAND chips and storage flash disks, but it would be great for Everpure if prices and availability were better than those of other brands.

If I could change or add just one thing to make Everpure Evergreen One even better, it would be based on something customers have mentioned during demos or a feature I wish existed.

Everpure Evergreen One can be improved with more presence in Latin America, especially in Central America. The needed improvements include better support in Central America for Everpure Evergreen One.
Everpure Evergreen One could be improved by taking your time and probably having a little more training at the end, just to make sure that everyone understands what was done and what's there.

I cannot make any comment with respect to Everpure Evergreen One's AI capabilities because we have not, to my knowledge, employed them. I do not have any thoughts on Everpure Evergreen One's accuracy and reliability of output.

I would love to explore more options on what Pure Storage Evergreen One can offer in general, mostly from the cybersecurity perspective and air gap. If the solution can be such a way where it can be air-gapped as well, that would be beneficial.
Many customers report that the starting price is quite high. However, the overall total cost of ownership can be reduced over time due to features like the Evergreen ( /products/evergreen-reviews ) architecture, which allows savings through less management and environmental benefits.
Our main concern is the support with Pure Storage because we need it to be online 24/7. It would be nice to have support in Swedish. We have a Swedish engineer we contact weekly, but for support, it's English-speaking. It's not an issue, but if our engineer is busy, it could be easier to have Swedish support. It's not a requirement, just nice to have.
