The product lacks a lot of features and technology. It is really limited. The tool must improve in almost all areas. There are a lot of things that should be improved in the manufacturing and shop floor, logistics and warehousing, and master data both from a functionality and technology standpoint. The solution must have a better WMS to improve the logistics and workflow and handle the processes within the system. The collaboration must be improved. The product must be more flexible and allow customization. It must allow the users to personalize the application in a better way. The tool lacks a lot in the purchasing area.
