It would be helpful if Udemy Business used more video recordings in the training and incorporated virtual training sessions to connect trainees. The only thing is that if the courses have labs, they should include the software you can use to practice. That can be challenging.

The solution could have a more user-friendly interface. You don't need to recommend the top-rated courses at the beginning of the minutes. We need to have a better customer experience in terms of navigation.
Most of the courses that I would also like to enroll myself in are not free. It would be great if the tool provided free content. The solution's ease of delivery in terms of group trainees could be improved. I would also like to see the flexibility of running the tool on some of the handheld devices. I can foresee that in the near future, we will have to pay for some of the content that is currently available for free.
