They have their roadmap because I follow them on the Zoho subscription channel. I watch their videos and other content. Their improvements and plans are good, but they have issues when they are rolling out updates. They are launching AI functionality soon.
The interface isn't quite good. Everything looks a little low-quality. And maybe because they just started. For example, there's network disconnection. And by the time you send an email before it is delivered, it takes a while. I've also had some clients complain that it freezes at times. So, it's frozen at times and can be a little difficult to update. And sometimes you have to uninstall and reinstall it, and all that. Fr a cloud-based service, it's not quite seamless. But the only thing is that the UI is not very user-friendly. Everything just feels clunky. It should be more user-friendly.

Maybe that feature exists, but I don't know where it is.
