When an agent starts to work on a task, they should be able to create a time clock on the page, so it can start automatically to count down the time. Thereby, at the end of the task, the agent can automatically see how much time they have taken for the task.
The solution's template management feature could be easier to use. Many times, the task list files disappear from the board. They should improve this particular feature. Also, they should include more custom functions in the solution. In addition, they should include a customer portal as well. So that customers interact with the system and have data access whenever they need it.
We haven't noted any missing features. It's a complete project management tool. We'd like to have milestone features. It would be good to have an external customer portal. Technical support needs to be improved.
Zoho Meeting definitely needs an improvement, because the quality is not as good as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, which I've used in the past. The user interface could improve.
