Management of company's digital certificates through Redtrust virtual safe created and installed in a external provider exclusively for the client; setup of VMware machine and environment (virtual network, firewall, etc.), installation and configuration of Redtrust virtual appliance, installation and custody of certificates into the safe, creation/deletion of users, creation and maintenance of policies for individual users, creation and maintenance of policies for URLs, software applications, user access to individual certificates, helping company's IT on deployment of agents, inspection of logs for accountability of certificate usage and blocks according to company's policy. Second tier customer support for end-users on any certificate related issues, mainly in relation to the solution but also on site's troubleshooting as an expert in digital certificate use. Support is given not only to Spain based users but also on other users who work from distant locations outside of Spain who need to use Spain's based certificates for administrative cores. English or Spanish language. Interface between client and Software solution engineers for bug resolution.
Ongoing. Initial cost estimation was lower than actual ones due to new installation of a fairly new product and its difficulties to estimate user learning curve and local networking security. Now after a few years I know how many hours per user it takes me to give support and the time involved in the initial setup much better.
