Project Description

Request to develop a secure in-house application that can be accessed remotely by authorized personnel when needed. The solution should include:

  • A customizable knowledgebase self-help feature, managed by internal department personnel to align with each department's specific needs and operations, with reporting capabilities for each department.
  • Support for multiple departments, with the ability for application administrators to customize department settings based on company requirements.
  • Notification system for alerting designated department personnel.
  • Departmental data segregation, ensuring that each department only has access to its own data and cannot view information from other departments.
