Development, implementation and maintenance of all HR Tools needed for strategic European HR BPO project for General Motors Europe (now Opel/Vauxhall)
Solution ensures remote and centralized service of all Human Resources processes of the GM Employees across Europe for the following countries: UK, France, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Poland and Belgium giving support to a total number of 130.000 potential users. The service covers the management of the initial request (electronic thru a Portal but also with paper form format) through the approval workflow process for the HR Managers until the transactions automatically updates the PeopleSoft (HR Management) and SAP (Payroll) ERP systems and the transaction is stored in a long-term archival system for audit trail purposes.
Definition of software and hardware resources and to ensure proper synchronization and deployment of the releases across all environments (Development, Test, Training, User Acceptance/Validation and Production)
Coordinate with Service Transformation Team the management of the software requirements and management of the change requests per each release.
Coordinate and assist the test team to ensure the creation of a valid Test Plan and successful execution of all Tests (Unit Tests, system tests, End-To-End Tests, User Acceptance and PVT)
Ensure the several levels of support are granted (3rd level, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, etc.) Incidence resolution and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are not compromised and that customer and ACS Quality Standards are followed.
