Project Description
Objective:
700+ operational, asset management, and managed service KPI reports had to be converted from a variety of tools and many data sources to one central repository and one reporting tool.
Goal resolution overview:
Development of customer reporting portal and data warehouse to create a central point for operation reporting, asset management, and managed service KPIs.
Performed business analysis to gather requirements and collaborated with very large groups of remote teams to write reports. Managed business analysis, development, testing, and quality control for the program.
Lessons Learned
There was an understatement of program and project management utilized to achieve the project on schedule. I would have recommended more management and communication between teams.
